Lorgner is a digital product owned and operated by Digital Junction LLC, a limited liability company. All agreements, terms, and policies are entered into with Digital Junction LLC as the legal operating entity. By accessing or using the Lorgner application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Lorgner is a personal intelligence eyewear recommendation app. Users may upload photos of their eyeglass collection and interact with an AI-powered chat assistant that recommends which glasses best complement specific outfits. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
By uploading images to Lorgner, you represent and warrant that:
Digital Junction LLC does not claim ownership of your uploaded images. However, by uploading content, you grant Digital Junction LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze your images solely for the purpose of delivering AI-generated recommendations within the app.
The recommendations provided by Lorgner's AI assistant are for informational and personal styling purposes only. Digital Junction LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any recommendation. You use all recommendations at your own discretion.

All software, design, branding, and technology underlying Lorgner are the property of Digital Junction LLC. The Lorgner name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Digital Junction LLC's intellectual property.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DIGITAL JUNCTION LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL JUNCTION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF LORGNER, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Digital Junction LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Digital Junction LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
